The Halifax Education Association (HEA) is an affiliate of the Virginia Education Association (VEA) and the National Education Association (NEA), representing millions of school employees nationwide. Locally, the HEA is a professional organization concerned with advancing the cause of education for all individuals. We provide educational representation, job protection and member services directly to the employees of Halifax County Public Schools.
